# Thiết lập kịch bản chăm sóc tự động theo thời gian

**Người dùng có thể:**

\- Xem danh sách kịch bản

\- Xóa kịch bản

\- Sửa kịch bản

<mark style="color:blue;">**1. Xem danh sách các kịch bản đã tạo**</mark>

Người dùng chọn “**Kịch bản chăm sóc**” trong danh sách bộ cấu hình. Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị danh sách các kịch bản đã tạo:

Tại đây, có thể xem các thông tin như: tên kịch bản, thời gian cập nhật lần cuối, số tin nhắn trong mỗi kịch bản.

<mark style="color:blue;">**2. Thêm kịch bản**</mark>

Chọn nút “**Thêm kịch bản**” như hình dưới:

Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị màn hình thêm như sau:

Người dùng nhập các thông tin: tên kịch bản, nội dung và thời gian gửi

Ấn “**Lưu**” để thêm kịch bản. Hệ thống thông báo thành công và kịch bản vừa tạo sẽ được thêm vào danh sách kịch bản chăm sóc.

<mark style="color:blue;">**3. Xóa/nhân bản kịch bản**</mark>

Chọn vào biểu tượng dấu 3 chấm tại cột “**Thao tác**” để xóa/nhân bản  kịch bản.
