# Kế toán chuyển tiền cho các công ty

***Mục đích***: Sau khi duyệt xong tất cả các yêu cầu Ngân sách dự kiến trong ngày Kế toán tổng tiến hành chuyển tiền cho các công ty

**Bước 1**: Kế toán và menu **Yêu cầu chuyển tiền**

**Bước 2**: Click và Kế toán chuyển tiền

**Bước 3:** Kế toán chọn thông tin để chuyển tiền tới 1 công ty

\- **Công ty con**: Chọn công ty cần chuyển tiền

\- **Tài khoản công ty**: Chọn tài khoản công ty nhận số tiền chuyển đó

\- **Số tiền chuyển**: Hệ thống tự động tính Số tiền cần chuyển = Tổng số tiền kế toán đã duyệt - Tổng số dư tài khoản tổng công ty (Kế toán có thể sửa lại số tiền khác)

\- **Tài khoản chuyển**: Chọn tài khoản kế toán chuyển tiền đi

\- Ngoài ra kế toán số dư có thể xem một số thông tin để ra được quyết định chuyển tiền

**Bước 4**: Click Xác nhận sẽ thực hiện chuyển tiền thành công cho công ty và sẽ hiển thị thông báo thành công

**Luồng vận hành**: Nhân viên tạo hóa đơn => Giám sát kiểm tra hóa đơn
