# Nhân viên tạo quyết toán hóa đơn

***Mục đích***: Hàng ngày user có tạo Hóa đơn chi phí và nếu cuối tháng có sự chênh lệch tiền khi tạo hóa đơn chi phí thì user có thể làm quyết toán hóa đơn vào cuối tháng.

**Bước 1**: Vào menu **Chi phí/Hóa đơn & Quyết toán** chọn **Quyết toán**

**Bước 2:** Người dùng thực hiện **Tạo** để tạo quyết toán hóa đơn

Người dùng nhập các thông tin liên quan tới quyết toán để quyết toán chi phí, sau đó chọn tới những hóa đơn trong tháng đã tạo để làm quyết toán.

\- Sau khi đã chọn các hóa đơn chi phí trong tháng hệ thống sẽ tự động tính Tổng hóa đơn chi phí của các hóa đơn đã chọn.

\- Sau khi nhập và lưu quyết toán chi phí sẽ ở trạng thái Chờ kiểm tra. Và sẽ đợi kiểm tra hoá đơn hóa đơn chi phí này.
