# Quy trình nhập kho

**Bước 1**: **Khởi tạo yêu cầu mua hàng**

\- Bộ phận quản lý kho sẽ hoạch định tồn kho của sản phẩm để có kế hoạch mua hàng về kho.

\- Truy cập Module **Kho vận**/**Hoạt động**/**Yêu cầu mua hàng** ⇒ Click **Tạo**

**Bước 2: Khai báo thông tin yêu cầu mua hàng (theo thứ tự như hình)**

\- Chọn kho hàng và thời điểm cần có hàng trong kho

\- Chọn sản phẩm cần đề xuất mua

\- Click lưu khi khai báo xong thông tin

**Bước 3: Quản lý kho phê duyệt yêu cầu mua hàng**

\- Truy cập Module **Kho vận**/**Hoạt động**/**Yêu cầu mua hàng**

\- Thực hiện nhóm bộ lọc chọn lọc theo State để lọc ra những yêu cầu mua hàng ở trạng thái “**Bản nháp**” cần duyệt.

\- Click vào bản ghi yêu cầu cần duyệt để “**Phê duyệt**”

**Bước 4: Bộ phận mua hàng thực hiện lên báo giá và phê duyệt đơn hàng** (tương tự phần mua hàng [tại đây](https://manual.zsolution.vn/huong-dan-su-dung/mua-hang/tao-bao-gia)).
