# Tạo báo giá

***Mục đích*****:** Phòng thu mua tạo yêu cầu báo giá từ yêu cầu mua hàng của các kho

**Bước 1:** Vào menu **Mua hàng**

**Bước 2**: Tìm kiếm tới yêu cầu mua hàng đã duyệt sau đó click vào xem chi tiết

**Bước 3**: Click vào **Tạo y/c báo giá** và nhập các thông tin yêu cầu mua hàng và **Lưu**

\- **Data Planned**: Ngày muốn nhận hàng

\- **Thêm một dòng**: Để thêm sản phẩm

\- **Số lượng đặt**: Nhập số lượng muốn mua hàng

**Chú ý**: Hệ thống sẽ tự động lấy lên bảng giá với nhà cung cấp và giá. Người dùng cho thể chọn hoặc sửa lại trực tiếp trên màn hình này

Sau khi lưu phiếu yêu cầu mua hàng hệ thống sẽ tạo ra 1 phiếu PO (Phiếu mua hàng với NCC)

**Bước 4**: Nhân viên thu mua vào click vào phiếu yêu cầu mua hàng đó để xác nhận

**Bước 5**: Sau khi xác nhận xong sẽ tự động sinh ra 1 phiếu nhận hàng để nhân viên kho nhận hàng cho phiếu yêu cầu mua hàng này
