# Kế toán duyệt quyết toán hóa đơn

***Mục đích***: Kế toán vào duyệt quyết toán hóa đơn nhân viên đã kê khai

**Bước 1**: Vào menu **Chi phí/Quyết toán**

Kế toán tìm kiếm tới những quyết toán ở trạng thái Kiểm tra đạt để tiến hành duyệt quyết toán

\- Người dùng click vào 1 quyết toán để thực hiện kiểm tra thông tin nhân viên đã yêu cầu quyết toán và thực hiện duyệt hoặc không duyệt quyết toán

\- **Duyệt**: Quyết toán chuyển sang trạng thái Đã duyệt. Và tài khoản của nhân viên sẽ tự động cộng trừ tiền trong tài khoản theo số tiền chênh lệch giữa Tổng hóa đơn chi phí và số tiền Quyết toán

\- **Không duyệt**: Quyết toán chuyển sang trạng thái Từ chối. Và tài khoản của nhân viên giữ nguyên
