# Huỷ đơn

***Mục đích*****:** Với đơn hàng tạo sai hoặc khách hàng không lấy trước khi giao hàng nhân viên kho có thể tiến hành hủy đơn hàng

<mark style="color:red;">**Chú ý**</mark>: Chỉ được phép hủy đơn khi đơn hàng ở 2 trạng thái là “**Báo giá**” và “**Đã xác nhận**”

**Bước 1**: Vào menu **Bán hàng**. Tìm kiếm đơn hàng muốn hủy

**Bước 2**: Click vào đơn hàng cần hủy

**Bước 3**: Click vào **Hủy đơn** và chọn lý do hủy đơn, giải trình lý do và click “**Xác nhận**”

Sau khi hủy xong đơn hàng sẽ ở trạng thái “**Hủy**”
